A propos du cours

Cette formation s'adresse aux Directeurs Techniques Vie, DAF Vie, actuaires, contrôleurs de gestion et responsables de portefeuille des filiales NSIA, ainsi qu'à tous les collaborateurs amenés à piloter ou analyser la rentabilité d'une activité Vie. En 15 chapitres et 86 leçons, vous apprendrez à décomposer la rentabilité technique d'un portefeuille Vie selon ses composantes essentielles : sinistralité Décès et Vie, structure de la prime, frais d'acquisition et de gestion, levier financier (ALM, TIT, participation aux bénéfices). Vous saurez identifier les situations critiques, reconnaître les pièges typiques qui détruisent la rentabilité, et activer les leviers techniques et opérationnels de redressement. Au terme du parcours, vous serez capable de construire un plan de redressement technique sur 36 à 60 mois, et de l'appliquer à votre propre portefeuille. Une étude de cas complète sur le redressement d'une compagnie Vie CIMA et plusieurs cas pratiques transverses viennent ancrer chaque concept dans la réalité du terrain africain.
